Practice until you pass
If you complete the majority of your cluster's premium mocks, sit your real employer-administered test, and do not pass, we will extend your access for another 30 days at no cost. Use that time to drill the gaps and try again.
How to qualify
- Complete at least 50% of the premium mocks in the cluster you purchased before sitting your real test (for example, 7 of 14 for CCAT, 4 of 7 for Wonderlic). Your dashboard shows your progress.
- Sit your real test within 60 days of your PrepClubs purchase.
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your real-test result with proof: a screenshot, score report, or rejection email naming the test. The employer name can be redacted.
We review and respond within 2 business days. Approved extensions add 30 days to your existing access window for that cluster.
How many extensions you can request
Up to 2 extensions per purchase, capped at 90 days of total access from the original purchase date. Each extension requires a fresh real-test attempt and proof. The same logic applies to the All-Access Bundle on a per-cluster basis.
What happens to your access during an extension
Your existing dashboard, mocks, and explanations stay exactly as they were. Your progress carries over. Only the expiry date changes.
What does not qualify
- Requests without proof of a real-test result.
- Requests where fewer than 50% of the cluster's premium mocks were completed.
- Requests after the 90-day total cap has been reached.
- Requests for a real test that does not match the cluster you purchased.
Abuse
The Pass Guarantee exists for serious test-takers. We may decline future extensions or purchases from accounts that show fraud indicators or repeatedly file claims without genuine engagement.
