Terms of Service

Effective date: April 19, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PrepClubs, operated by LigoSocial ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What PrepClubs offers

PrepClubs provides original practice tests and educational content for pre-employment cognitive and aptitude assessments. Practice content is modeled on public format specifications. PrepClubs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Criteria Corp, The Predictive Index, Wonderlic Inc., SHL, Pearson TalentLens, or any other test vendor. We do not guarantee any specific score, hire, or outcome.

2. Purchases, pricing, and access window

  • All paid plans on PrepClubs are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no auto-renewal.
  • Each paid plan grants a 30-day access window starting from the moment of purchase. After 30 days, access to the plan content ends automatically.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and processed by Stripe. Taxes may be added at checkout where required.
  • The All-Access Bundle is a one-time purchase with the access term stated at checkout.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed.

3. Pass Guarantee

We offer a Pass Guarantee: if you complete at least 50% of your cluster's premium mocks, sit your real employer-administered test, and do not pass, we extend your access for another 30 days at no cost on receipt of proof. Up to 2 extensions per purchase, capped at 90 days of total access. Full conditions and qualifying criteria are in our Pass Guarantee page.

4. Accounts

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One account per person. Shared or resold accounts may be suspended.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute PrepClubs questions, explanations, or other content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure context.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or headless browsers to take practice tests or harvest content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials.
  • Use PrepClubs to cheat on a live proctored or employer-administered assessment.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service for other users.
  • Use the service in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, committed fraud, or caused risk to us or other users. Where a suspension occurs outside a refund-eligible window and is not due to a material breach by you, we will consider a pro-rated refund at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, guides, comparisons, and code on PrepClubs are owned by PrepClubs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the content during your access window. No rights are granted to republish, resell, or train machine-learning models on our content.

8. DMCA and copyright claims

If you believe content on PrepClubs infringes a copyright you own, send a written notice to [email protected] with: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. Counter-notices follow the same format under 17 U.S.C. 512(g). Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

9. Disclaimers and no warranty

PrepClubs is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy of results. We do not warrant that our practice questions exactly match any live employer assessment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepClubs, LigoSocial, and their owners and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or hiring decisions made based on practice-test outcomes. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid PrepClubs in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrepClubs and LigoSocial from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or violation of law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LigoSocial is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by email to [email protected]. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction at our registered place of business, except where local consumer-protection law grants you rights to a different venue.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Pass Guarantee, form the entire agreement between you and PrepClubs regarding the service.
